Itinerary
This morning, make your way to the Southern Cross Station to board The Overland for your rail journey to Adelaide. Settle into your Red Premium Seat, and relax as you take in the scenery outside on your daytime journey, including all-inclusive, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
Overnight: Stamford Plaza or similar, 5 nights
This morning is free to enjoy Adelaide, perhaps head to Rundle Mall for some shopping or wander along North Terrace where you can visit the Art Gallery or Museum of Adelaide.
This afternoon you will be collected for a half day tour discovering the magic of the Adelaide Hills on your way to the historic German settlement of Hahndorf, where you will enjoy afternoon tea and have free time to explore the main street.
Today travel in a small group and enjoy a food and wine journey to South Australia’s premium wine region, The Barossa, on a full day tour. Visiting Pindarie Cellar Door, Gomersal, with morning tea and tastings, free time to explore Provenance Barossa, the original home of Penfolds, plus a gourmet 2-course lunch and structured wine tasting at Lambert Estate. Finish off the day with Chocolate and wine pairing at Barossa Valley Chocolate company, Tanunda.

Discover McLaren Vale and the Spectacular d’Arenberg Cube on your full day tour today. You will enjoy morning tea at the Stump Hill Café, visit and tour the d’Arenberg Cube with wine tastings, then a delicious lunch at Chalk Hill. This afternoon you will be treated to beer, wine or gin tasings at the Beresford Wines Tasting Pavilion, followed by a tour and wine tasting at Wirra Wirra Vineyards.

Today is a free day to explore the City Of Churches. Perhaps take the tram to the wonderful beachside suburb of Glenelg for shopping and lunch or maybe visit the Adelaide Central Markets, one of the largest undercover fresh produce markets in the Southern Hemisphere, buzzing with life and colour all year round.
Check out of your hotel this morning and leave your luggage with the hotel while you enjoy your final few hours in Adelaide. Finish off by shopping in Rundle Mall or wander along the picturesque River Torrens.
This afternoon, collect your luggage and make your own way to the Outer Harbour Cruise Terminal to board the Grand Princess for your cruise. Make yourself comfortable in your chosen cabin, and this evening head to the dining room to meet fellow guests and enjoy dinner.

This morning you will arrive at Kangaroo Island. You may like to wander around the township of Penneshaw or join one of the many shore excursions that will explore this beautiful Island.
Port Lincoln is the next port of call and named the ‘Seafood Capital of Australia’. Visit of one the many galleries and quality art and craft outlets, visit a local wildlife and fauna park, or participate in one of the many shore excursions in and around the area.
Today explore the amazing facilities of your cruise ship. There are many dining venues to discover, or you may prefer to relax at The Sanctuary, a tranquil haven reserved for adults. This evening, head poolside to enjoy a movie under the stars or be entertained by a Broadway-style production at the Princess Theatre.

Phillip Island is Australia’s most popular destination after Uluru, and our port of call for the day. Being home to the Fairy Penguins, a shore excursion on Philip Island allows you the opportunity to view these charming creatures in their native habitat. You could also take a walk along the pristine coastline, exploring sheltered bays, blowholes, caves and unusual rock formations, or take a swim, relax, and unwind.
It’s your last morning on board, so wake up early and head down for a lovely relaxing breakfast before you disembark the ship.
